The quality system applies to all activities managed by DISA as
Designing and Manufacturing of:
- Injection systems for diesel engines;
- Spare parts for various injection systems;
- Hydraulic and electro-hydraulic control distributors;
DISA plans and establishes all the processes needed for the manufacturing as:
- Quality goals and required features
- Testing, validation, monitoring, measuring and inspection activities to achieve a continuous improvement of all the production processes
These activities are listed in the “General Control Plan”, containing all the operations carried out during the supplying and production phases, the reference documents and the individual responsibility for managing such documents.
The quality checks are classified based on the phase when they are carried out, in inspection on purchased materials, production checks and final testing.
DISA monitors and promotes the continuous improvement of its processes through specifics KPI (key performance indicator).
